The Peak Tech Labs team has over 30 years of experience connecting businesses and organizations with tech and utility providers to ensure they’re operating at peak efficiency.
After spending 25 years building our first technology firm, we founded Peak Energy Choices in 2020 to tap into the new and exciting deregulated energy market.
In 2023, Peak went back to its roots by partnering with the world’s leading office and campus technology providers to offer our clients industry-leading professional services with a personal touch from our “boots on the ground” customer service representatives.
Now, in 2025, Peak has reunited our tech and utility offerings back under one roof: Peak Tech Labs.
Our Team
Roger Thomas, CEO & Sr. Advisor
Roger started working in the telecommunications utility space back in the 80's. Then, in 1997, when access to the internet went mainstream, he capitalized. Thomas co-founded “TeleComp” in 2003, a leading technology firm located in Bentonville, AR where his customer base began as Suppliers (Vendors) of Walmart. This led to 17 years of sales and growth in the states of Arkansas and Oklahoma, where Thomas was part of the C-leadership team that led TeleComp to winning the 32nd Annual Arkansas Business of the Year for its class, 31-55 Employees, in March 2020.

David Thomas, Director of Operations
David graduated from the University of Arkansas in 2017 with degrees in Advertising and Public Relations and Japanese language. After graduation, he spent 8 years working for a successful marketing startup in the Walmart eCommerce sector. David joined the Peak team in 2025 to support clients and partners, provide technical and customer support, and research areas of opportunity for the business.
