New IT Firm Peak Tech Labs from Former TeleComp CEO and Co-Founder Holds Ribbon Cutting in Bentonville

BENTONVILLE, Ark. (Oct. 13, 2025) – Peak Tech Labs, a new IT firm focusing on infrastructure and inter-office technology, has announced its membership with the Bentonville Area Chamber of Commerce.

Roger Thomas, Peak Tech Labs’ CEO and Senior Advisor/Broker, is the co-founder and former CEO/CBO of TeleComp, a regional IT provider. Sherry Thomas, who was also involved as an equal shareholder with Roger in their TeleComp stake, will serve as CFO of Peak Tech Labs.

This new organization marks the Thomases' return to the technology business after selling the family’s TeleComp shares in July 2021.

“The Thomas family is so excited to be back!” said Roger. “After TeleComp, we went on to sell commodity energy to businesses in Dallas and Houston. While we’re still very much in that business, we have decades of experience and success in providing inter-office IT services to Walmart Suppliers and businesses throughout our state, region, and nation.”

Peak Tech Labs offers inter-office technology to businesses and organizations of all sizes, with a focus on Organizational AI, UCaaS (Unified Communications as a Service, or business phone systems), software-defined networks, cloud physical security, WAN (wide area networks), Wi-Fi, and utility/energy solutions.

“The IT industry is our family’s proven core competency. And this time around, we have a much larger bank of experience to draw on. It also means so much to have our son David joining and working the business with us,” said Roger.

David Thomas, Director of Operations at Peak Tech Labs, spent eight years in marketing at successful Walmart Supplier tech and consulting startup WhyteSpyder after graduating from the University of Arkansas in 2017 with a degree in Advertising and Public Relations.

“David brings an analytical angle to our business; his research and deep understanding of the new products we support and the projects we execute has proven to be second to none,” said Roger.

Peak Tech Labs will have its official ribbon cutting hosted by the Bentonville Area Chamber of Commerce at the Ledger in Downtown Bentonville this Thursday, October 16th, at 4 p.m.
